Shipping policy
Made to Order
Every shirt and plaster kit is made to order just for you in our Texas shop. We don’t keep pre-made stock, so each order is pressed, checked and packed by hand.
Processing Time
- Shirts and plaster kits: ship in 3–5 business days.
- Orders with both: ship together once everything is ready.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Where We Ship
We ship from Texas to anywhere in the United States via USPS. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Rates
- Free Standard shipping on orders $35 and up
- Standard: $5.99 on orders under $35
- Express: $15.00
Delivery Time
Once your order ships, USPS delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as it ships.
Holiday Ordering
To receive your order by Christmas, please order by December 12. Orders placed after that date ship in the order received, but holiday delivery can’t be guaranteed.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake, message us right away and we’ll fix it if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed to USPS, delivery times are out of our control. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7 days, or shows delivered but you don’t have it, contact us and we’ll help you file a claim.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, message us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll make it right. Because every item is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind.
